Okay I have a qustion about hokey you do not have to know anything about hokey to answer so please read my Q?

Okay, I was out of town with my dad and them when we got back to my dads house my mom called and said they changed hokey pactice so it is about 3 hours earlier then it was normaly. So, my sister and I missed practice. We have a game 2morrow!! and I just started and I cant do anything well. I have to play in the game 2morrow because the coach will not let me sit out, and I really needed that practice. There is no open skate today or 2 morrow. What should I do? Please help.
