BrittKJ asked: I have started drinking apple cider vinegar daily in order to increase my health and drop a couple of pounds but I bought filtered apple cider vinegar. I think it is walmart brand but that was all they had. I plan on going out to buy organic ACV after i finish this small bottle. Am I drinking this filtered ACV for nothing or does it still have the same health benefits as organic ACV?

Would This hurt my muscle growth?
im still sore, And planning to work out Tomarrow,
so will it be okay to play basketball?

Zach L asked: I like to get a good cardio workout by playing basketball about 3 or 4 times a week, but I also want to make my legs stronger by doing leg weightlifting exercises like squats. I have been doings squats Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while playing basketball on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and sometimes Sunday. Is it unhealthy to keep this routine up? I’m worried about overworking my legs. And if it is unhealthy, could you suggest a healthier routine that would allow my legs to rest properly?
